CoInvest Capital invests in Lithuanian start-ups and companies undergoing business development and growth in co-operation with groups of business angels or private venture capital funds. The goal of the CoInvest Capital is to contribute to the financing of new promising companies by expanding the community of the investors (business angels). In the event of a successful exit from the portfolio company, the CoInvest Capital limits its return on investment to 6% compound annual interest, with the remaining return going to individuals investing alongside with the Fund.
